IT Executive

About the Role

Jeevak Retail Private Limited is seeking an IT Executive to join their team at the Delhi-NCR location. This position requires candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience who are proficient in handling various technical support and networking tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues related to computers and laptops efficiently.
• Manage Local Area Network (LAN), Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity ensuring smooth operations.
• Provide support for printers and scanners addressing hardware and software problems.
• Oversee CCTV systems and perform basic networking activities.
• Offer technical assistance for Tally and Swipe software applications.
• Handle email account setups and user account management.
• Conduct data backup routines and implement basic cybersecurity practices.
• Maintain hardware and software upkeep to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Candidate should possess a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), IT Diploma, Hardware & Networking certification, or have equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and office productivity software like Excel.
• Good understanding of networking protocols and hardware components.
• Familiarity with Tally software and basic IT support functions is required.

Compensation

The salary for this role ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
