They seek On-Call Test Administrators for Bangalore operations in a part-time, temporary, onsite capacity with flexible shifts aligned to business demand.

Role Overview

As an Invigilator/Proctor, your purpose is to ensure secure and smooth exam administration with a professional and welcoming approach for candidates. Working hours typically range between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM daily, Monday through Sunday, extending up to 11:00 PM during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Strictly adhere to all exam protocols and organizational policies, exercising good judgment.
• Authenticate candidate identities and assist them throughout the examination process.
• Oversee candidates during examinations to uphold integrity and order.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.
• Maintain exam area hygiene through tasks like sanitizing keyboards after use.

Requirements

• Possess a graduation degree in a relevant field.
• Demonstrate strong English communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Display flexibility in work hours and scheduling.
• Open to fresh graduates without prior work experience.

Compensation

The position offers remuneration of INR 250 per hour plus a fixed daily allowance of INR 200.
