Position Overview

The Invest Operations Analyst role involves supporting both customers and internal teams in managing Trust’s investment products, encompassing managed and self-directed investments. The position focuses on operational, risk, compliance, and governance aspects to ensure smooth product functioning and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute operational fund transfers related to settlements and withdrawals.
• Maintain detailed books and records, conducting reconciliations and probing any discrepancies.
• Provide assistance on investment product matters, including account management, trade and product inquiries, and resolving complaints in collaboration with customer-facing divisions.
• Work closely with other departments to uphold high standards in conduct, governance, and operational processes.
• Assist stakeholders in complying with regulatory requirements, including preparation of financial and regulatory reports.
• Manage effective relationships with vendors to facilitate smooth operations.
• Regularly update process documentation and seek continual improvements to systems and workflows.
• Support creation of new product training materials and facilitate training sessions for team members.

Technical Skills and Knowledge

• Understanding of financial instruments and asset classes such as mutual funds and equities.
• Familiarity with brokerage and fund distribution operations and associated products.
• Knowledge of operational regulatory standards applicable to Capital Markets Services License holders serving retail clients.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Previous experience in operations or retail securities brokerage roles in Singapore is preferred.
• Proven critical thinking abilities and good judgment skills.
• Capability to perform well and take initiative in a fast-evolving environment while maintaining long-term goals.
• Excellent prioritization and decision-making capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities and skill in processing large volumes of information.
• Effective stakeholder management and strong interpersonal skills.
