Key Responsibilities

• Maintain precise inventory records through effective use of inventory management software.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and physical audits of stock.
• Investigate and rectify any variances found in inventory data.
• Receive, inspect, and document all incoming materials and supplies accurately.
• Collaborate closely with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure stock is replenished promptly.
• Track inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, returns, and stock adjustments.
• Monitor stock levels and suggest reorder quantities based on forecasted demand.
• Generate detailed inventory reports and analyze trends in stock movements.
• Uphold company policies and inventory control standards rigorously.
• Support warehouse activities such as organizing and labeling goods.
• Identify and propose enhancements to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiencies.
• Assist in implementing industry best practices for inventory management systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain functions.
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general Office software applications.
