Inventory Associate - Day Shift Packing & Distribution in Devens, MA

Position Overview

We are currently seeking Inventory Associates for day shifts to engage in production, assembly, and packing of goods. This role offers immediate starts and is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in entering or transitioning into the manufacturing, shipping, and logistics sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to product setup and packaging instructions.
• Efficiently pack and package products as per guidelines provided.
• Handle lifting and relocation of products within a warehouse environment.

Additional Information

No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided. Team members must be capable of standing for extended durations and able to commute to Townsend, Massachusetts. The shifts are 12 hours long.

Compensation is $20 per hour, inclusive of an attendance bonus, with weekly payments via pay card or direct deposit. Immediate benefits are offered.
