Overview
Trinity SkillWorks Private Limited is seeking dedicated and energetic individuals for the position of Customer Support Associate in their International Voice Process located in Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala. This full-time role requires working from the office with rotational shifts focused mainly on night hours. Monthly compensation ranges from ₹19,000 to ₹25,000, based on experience, communication skills, and interview outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls from customers internationally.
- Identify customer concerns clearly and deliver precise solutions.
- Provide fundamental technical support related to Windows PCs, Mac devices, and mobile gadgets.
- Assist customers with product installation, removal, configuration, and troubleshooting tasks.
- Maintain professionalism, patience, and courteous communication throughout all interactions.
- Escalate cases that are unresolved or technically complex to the designated team.
- Keep accurate records of customer communications, problems encountered, and solutions provided.
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and data security protocols.
Candidate Eligibility
- Possession of any recognized undergraduate, postgraduate, MBA, or equivalent degree.
- Strong spoken English and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Preferable English proficiency at CEFR or Berlitz B2 level.
- Basic familiarity with computer and mobile technologies and troubleshooting.
- Open to freshers as well as experienced applicants.
- Immediate availability preferred.
- Comfortable managing inbound international voice calls.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts including nights.
- Capable of commuting to and working from the Kakkanad office.
Compensation and Benefits
