International Voice Process Agent

Job Location and Shift Details

The position is based in Bellandur, Bangalore. Working hours follow a US rotational shift pattern with 5 working days followed by 2 days off.

Transportation Facilities

One-way cab service is available for employees during night hours (between 8 PM and 6 AM) within a 25 km radius.

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers are eligible to apply.
• Must have excellent English communication skills.
• Candidates with at least 6 months of international voice process experience are required; experience in domestic calls, AR calls, or non-voice roles is not acceptable.
• Minimum education qualification is PUC or graduation.
• Preference will be given to candidates available to join immediately.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed salary ranges from ₹21,000 to ₹22,000 or ₹25,000 to ₹26,000 monthly.
• Night shift allowance of ₹4,400.
• Attendance bonus amounting to ₹500.
• Cab reimbursement of ₹1,500 for male employees who use their own transport both ways.
• Additional incentives based on performance.
