Andersens Flooring & Window Furnishings is seeking enthusiastic and self-assured Interior Designers to become integral members of our expanding design team. This role centers on delivering exceptional client service in our showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage clients upon entering the showroom.
• Guide customers through floor plan reviews and color selection consultations.
• Provide expert recommendations on colors and finishes.
• Maintain superior customer service standards and ensure quality control via professional communication.
• Meet and manage client expectations through timely responses by phone, in-person interactions, and email.

• Creative, approachable, adaptable, and professional demeanor.
• Enjoys interacting with clients and the public within a dynamic, growth-focused setting.

Qualifications & Skills

• Confidence in client-facing roles and public interaction.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Prior experience in a similar interior design role is beneficial but not essential.
• Professional and neat personal presentation.
• Intermediate proficiency in interpreting floor plans and elevations.
• Passion for interior design and commitment to customer service excellence.
• Ability to follow instructions diligently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues and customers alike.
