Interdisciplinary Artist - Remote Contract Role

Position Overview

We are seeking a versatile Interdisciplinary Artist to join as a contract-based contributor working remotely. This role involves creating and curating a wide range of creative content including visual art, film, audio, digital media, and animation to support AI model training.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and curate diverse high-quality creative assets across multiple media formats for AI applications.
• Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to fulfill artistic and technical goals of projects.
• Understand project directives and infuse varied artistic viewpoints into datasets designed for AI training.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of creative processes and effectively communicate ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Critically evaluate AI-generated content and offer constructive insights to enhance quality.
• Stay adaptable to shifting project demands and contribute creatively across different fields.
• Lead innovative problem-solving efforts and experimental approaches within a cross-functional creative environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven capabilities in one or more disciplines such as visual arts, film making, audio production, digital media, or animation.
• Demonstrated history of managing interdisciplinary creative projects successfully.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software including Adobe Creative Suite and tools for editing animation, audio and video content.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for diverse audiences.
• Experience collaborating remotely within cross-disciplinary creative teams.
• Ability to convert artistic creations into well-structured data suitable for AI training programs.
• Highly self-driven with excellent organizational skills and the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Compensation and Commitment

The role offers hourly pay ranging from 15 to 65 USD depending on experience and expertise. Candidates should be prepared to contribute between 10 to 40 hours weekly in this remote capacity.
