Job Responsibilities
As an Insurance Sales Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting and mentoring insurance advisors or agents, spearheading health insurance sales through various Agency and Tied channels, and fostering strong connections with advisors, point-of-sale partners, and channel collaborators. Your role will include generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and consistently meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets. Additionally, you will organize training and motivation events to boost advisor productivity, provide excellent customer support during the sales cycle, maintain detailed sales reports, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Freshers with a strong enthusiasm for sales are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 1 to 3 years' experience in Health Insurance, General Insurance, Life Insurance, BFSI, or direct sales sectors will be given preference.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management capabilities are essential.
