Inspector - Parking Control (UAE National)

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Parking Control Inspector, preferably a UAE National, to actively perform inspection duties within public and private parking facilities in Dubai. This role involves field operations, violation management, customer service, and coordination with authorities to maintain parking discipline and enhance operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide insights from field inspections to support planning and identify enhancement opportunities for operational leadership.
• Execute daily inspection activities, issue parking violations, and oversee asset usage according to established regulations.
• Address customer complaints regarding parking on non-fee and private lands, ensuring proper documentation and timely follow-up.
• Review violation appeals, gather necessary evidence, and present cases to adjudication committees while implementing their decisions.
• Ensure inspectors comply with uniform and identification requirements to uphold a professional presence.
• Report unusual incidents or suspicious vehicles, working in collaboration with Dubai Police to facilitate appropriate measures.
• Verify the presence of valid parking permits before commencing enforcement actions on company-managed locations.
• Contribute practical suggestions for improving inspection processes based on hands-on field experience.

Working Environment

• Conduct frequent inspections outdoors across various parking zones including undeveloped land areas.
• Work may require operations during daytime, nighttime, emergency situations, and accident scenarios.
• Activities take place in active traffic zones and on uneven sandy terrain, necessitating strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental protocols.
• Use of protective gear and close coordination with field teams is mandatory to ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Educational background must include High School diploma or equivalent, with preference for a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Public Administration, or related disciplines.
• Applicants should have a minimum of five years of relevant experience following high school graduation or at least two years with a Diploma in the relevant field.
