Role Overview
We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our B2C sales division based in HSR, Bangalore. This individual contributor role is dedicated to engaging prospective learners, assessing their aspirations, and recommending tailored Simplilearn courses to ensure their success.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to engage potential learners proactively.
- Assess customers' unique needs and suggest customized course offerings.
- Convert prospective leads into paying clients through consultative and needs-driven sales strategies.
- Consistently meet monthly revenue goals by maintaining high conversion ratios and diligent follow-ups.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of client interactions using CRM platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams by sharing valuable market insights.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any field; possession of an MBA is favorable but not compulsory.
- Experience ranging from 1 to 5 years in B2C inside sales, ideally within EdTech or service sectors.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or surpassing sales objectives in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working autonomously.
- Knowledge of CRM software; experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts and weekends to align with B2C customer availability.
