Placemein HR Solutions is offering an engaging Inside Sales internship focused on business development within the Hindi-speaking market. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team, leveraging your spoken Hindi proficiency and strong communication skills to foster and nurture client and partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to uncover potential business opportunities in Hindi-speaking regions.
- Support the formulation and execution of strategic initiatives to broaden company outreach in Hindi-language markets.
- Engage with prospective clients and partners in Hindi to market the company’s services and products.
- Assist the sales division by identifying prospects and facilitating deal closures with Hindi-speaking customers.
- Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and materials tailored for Hindi audiences.
- Work with the marketing team to adapt content for local Hindi markets.
- Deliver regular updates and reports regarding business development progress within Hindi-speaking territories.
Candidate Profile & Eligibility
Ideal candidates are self-motivated and enthusiastic about business development and fluent in Hindi. Applicants need to be available for a full-time, six-month onsite internship starting between August 3, 2026, and September 7, 2026. Fresh graduates with relevant skills and a keen interest can also apply.
Compensation & Benefits
- Stipend ranges from ₹22,000 to ₹30,000 per month, comprised of a fixed component (₹18,000 - ₹22,000) plus incentives (₹4,000 - ₹8,000).
- Additional perks include certification of internship completion, letter of recommendation, flexible working hours, complimentary snacks and beverages, and the possibility of a job offer on successful conversion.
- Post-internship job offer salary ranges between ₹400,000 and ₹750,000 annually.
