Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking an Inside Sales Executive to be based in Pune, Maharashtra, responsible for driving business revenue through managing inbound inquiries and closing B2B industrial accounts. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a reputed manufacturing company specializing in air pollution control equipment across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming leads and convert them into sales by targeting industrial accounts.
• Prepare and send technical quotations and follow up on purchase orders promptly.
• Analyze market segments and identify potential growth opportunities.
• Generate new business inquiries and secure purchase orders.
• Ensure purchase orders are reviewed carefully within two days of receipt.
• Coordinate with the service team for successful installation of products.
• Follow up to guarantee timely receipt of payments as per agreed purchase order terms.
• Maintain consistent communication with existing clients, providing technical assistance to maximize their satisfaction.
• Submit Management Information System (MIS) reports regularly for Quality Management System meetings at headquarters.
• Develop quarterly sales forecasts and monitor their progress.
