About the role
MediBuddy is hiring fresh graduates for an inside sales position based in Indore. The role involves handling high-volume phone-based customer conversations, guiding interested users, and supporting conversion into qualified leads and sales.
What you'll do
- Speak with roughly 100 customers each day who have downloaded the MediBuddy app or platform.
- Follow up with prospects and move them toward lead generation and conversion.
- Use a prepared sales script to explain relevant specialist services and shape customer preference.
- Keep every interaction aligned with the defined process, quality standards, and call handling guidelines.
- Quickly resolve customer concerns and complaints to improve satisfaction.
- Work toward sales goals as well as call talk-time targets.
Compensation and work pattern
The package is INR 3 LPA CTC, with additional incentives linked to target achievement and an extra INR 6,000 per year credited to the MediBuddy Wallet. This is a 6-day working role with rotational weekly offs.
Eligibility
Freshers with an MBA in any specialization can apply. Candidates should be ready to start immediately and should meet the communication and skill expectations listed below.
Requirements
- Strong spoken communication in both English and Hindi.
- Comfort with cold calling and phone-based customer engagement.
- Good interpersonal ability and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven attitude with eagerness to learn and develop.
- Team-oriented approach and openness to feedback.
- Capability to manage relationships effectively.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
