Innovation Strategy Lead, Google Cloud Consulting

Position Overview

This role contributes significantly to Google's commitment to Indigenous empowerment and reconciliation through technology. Applicants can choose to work from Sydney or Melbourne locations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of leadership experience in managing and growing consulting practices, including cultivating executive-level client relationships.
• Minimum 7 years of expertise in business transformation, cloud strategy and operations, cloud financial operations, and innovation.
• Proven experience in business development, project scoping, budgeting, and leading enterprise-scale professional services programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• An MBA or master's degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and the broader enterprise cloud market.
• Track record of leading organizations through large-scale structural transformations.
• Experience accelerating business value via cloud transformation initiatives.
• Engagement in conferences or publications addressing cloud strategy, transformation, operating models, culture, data-driven change, financial operations, or innovation.
• Strong communication and management abilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and lead growth plans for the practice including creation, marketing, and delivery of service offerings, while driving overall service pipeline expansion and business development.
• Oversee project delivery within Professional Services Organization’s Delta practice, maintaining responsibility for customer outcomes and ensuring high-quality results.
• Manage executive-level relationships and stakeholder engagement for professional service engagements.
• Lead the generation of industry thought leadership content published by the PSO Delta team.
