Role Overview

We are in search of an accomplished IT Technician to join our team on a contract basis, providing onsite support across Sydney for home users and small enterprises. This role emphasizes flexibility, commission-based earnings, and independent work conducted with professionalism and quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems on desktops, laptops, and Apple devices.
• Perform hardware repairs, setups, and maintenance tasks for various IT equipment.
• Deliver onsite technical support services to clients at different locations within Sydney.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Must hold a valid Australian Business Number (ABN), possess a current New South Wales driver’s license, and have access to a personal vehicle.
• Demonstrated experience supporting home users and small business IT environments.
• Proficient in hardware repairs and configurations, especially for desktops, laptops, and Apple devices.
• Experience with screen replacements considered a strong advantage.
• Mobile device repair skills are highly valuable.
• Exhibit reliable work discipline, punctuality, and a professional demeanor.
