Information Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking a full-time Information Manager to operate remotely from anywhere. The position focuses on managing human-annotated datasets used for AI training and evaluation, ensuring accuracy and consistency through data validation and quality control practices.

Key Duties

• Maintain and periodically update datasets annotated by human experts for AI training purposes.
• Review and validate data labels to guarantee uniformity and high quality across all datasets.
• Work collaboratively with multiple teams to understand data requirements and address annotation inconsistencies.
• Document the methodologies for data collection, labeling protocols, and quality assurance steps.
• Oversee data pipeline functionality and introduce enhancements aimed at improving processing efficacy.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in data annotation, validation, or quality assurance is essential.
• Preferred proficiency with annotation tools such as Label Studio or Prodigy.
• Competency in working with spreadsheets, databases, or other data management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance with established data processing guidelines.
• Excellent written communication skills to effectively document procedures and standards.
