Overview

TalentPop App is seeking a highly organized Influencer Campaign Coordinator to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of numerous influencer marketing initiatives. This role is key to driving performance and success for our e-commerce partners and the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and key performance indicators.
Identify and connect with influencers who align well with the target audience to enhance campaign impact.
Maintain strong working relationships with influencers, agencies, and partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
Oversee campaign schedules, content creation timelines, and ensure timely deliverables.
Evaluate influencer-produced content to confirm brand consistency and message accuracy.
Analyze performance data using various analytics tools and create detailed reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with social media and paid marketing teams to ensure campaigns have unified synergy and impact.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum of one year proven experience in influencer marketing and broad campaign management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and audience engagement best practices.
Strong analytical aptitude to assess and interpret campaign performance metrics.
A creative mindset with a strong passion for innovation in brand promotion.

Technical Requirements

Applicants must own a personal computer or laptop with at least Intel i5 processor and 8GB RAM and maintain a reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps.
