Role Overview

This position involves delivering friendly, professional customer service under the supervision of the Bakery Manager. The baker will prepare and provide bakery products for customer purchase while fostering an engaging environment for both customers and employees.

Key Duties

• Deliver customer service to fulfill shoppers' requirements.
• Manage bakery-related administrative tasks.
• Prepare baked goods ready for sale.
• Keep the bakery production area clean and organized.
• Train new bakery team members.
• Follow and enforce all company policies and standards.

Candidate Profile

• Possess fundamental bakery knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three months of relevant experience.
