Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Implementation Specialist to join the StudySync team, focused on managing customer accounts, providing training, and supporting regional sales efforts in partnership with our U.S. sales and distribution allies. This role reports directly to the Implementation Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the implementation process and account needs for all clients within your assigned territory.
Extend support to accounts nationwide when necessary.
Maintain comprehensive account records using Salesforce, including tracking sales opportunities, contacts, communications, and training activities.
Create and deliver engaging sales presentations, product training, and professional learning sessions through in-person and webinar platforms.
Maintain ongoing communication and collaboration with districts, school administrators, and teachers to ensure the success of program implementations and customer satisfaction.
Partner effectively with external collaborators to meet sales and training demands.
Offer technical support and resolve customer inquiries proactively.
Lead real-time online chat sessions and webinars for prospective and existing customers on a national scale.
Adapt your schedule flexibly to accommodate customer training sessions, support meetings, and team presentations, including travel.
Drive proactive account management throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from initial interest through renewal.
Participate in or coordinate team initiatives such as webinars, training content development, and collateral creation.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support team goals.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of five years of experience in K-12 education, whether in classroom or administrative roles; acceptable combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Preference for experience working with grades 6–12 and English Language Arts (ELA).
Strong understanding of contemporary educational standards and effective instructional methodologies.
Familiarity with English Language Development (ELD) standards, instructional frameworks, and best practices, especially within California school settings.
Experience facilitating professional development sessions and product training.
Comfortable using web-based platforms such as Salesforce, Slack, and Zoom.
Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suites.
Excellent communication, organizational, public speaking, and problem-solving abilities.
Capability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining productivity and engagement.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively within California—up to 40% regularly and 75% during peak periods—requiring a valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and a clean driving record over the past 39 months.

Work Conditions and Travel

This is a U.S.-based remote position with the requirement that candidates reside in California to facilitate travel primarily within the state.

Compensation

Base salary ranges between $65972 and $72000 annually, varying based on qualifications, experience, certifications, geographic factors, and internal equity. Eligible employees may earn additional incentive-based compensation such as commissions or annual bonuses linked to personal and company performance.
