Overview

We are looking for an experienced Image Annotation Specialist to join HAS.kg in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will annotate and label images to prepare datasets for machine learning models. Collaborating closely with the data science team, your work will ensure the highest quality of annotated data needed for advanced AI projects.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for accurately labeling images, using various annotation tools, and maintaining consistency to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline.
Minimum of three years’ experience in image annotation or similar fields.
Good knowledge of machine learning principles and methods.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
Keen attention to detail with the ability to perform precise and repetitive tasks patiently.
Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
Skilled in using computers and web-based annotation platforms; no programming required.
Ability to follow detailed written instructions carefully.
Basic familiarity with maps or satellite imagery tools such as Google Maps and Google Earth.
Experience using annotation software such as CVAT and LabelImg.
Exposure to GIS tools including QGIS or ArcGIS is preferred.
Background knowledge in geography, remote sensing, or a related area is an advantage.
Hands-on experience handling large datasets for machine learning or AI initiatives.
