HVAC Project Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Sales Executive based in Riyadh or Jeddah to drive sales growth in HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical engineering with hands-on experience in sales and project management of HVAC products including VRF/VRV, DX systems, rooftop units, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new project sales opportunities within the HVAC sector to generate qualified leads.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and clients.
• Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, including quotations and bills of quantities (BOQs).
• Negotiate contracts and ensure all project requirements are met from inquiry through to successful handover.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining accurate customer relationship management (CRM) records and providing post-sale support.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Have 3 to 5 years of proven experience selling HVAC projects.
• Demonstrate a robust network with key industry stakeholders such as consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Knowledgeable in various HVAC systems including VRF/VRV, DX, rooftop units, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation technology.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and efficiently prepare quotations and BOQs.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD and HAP software is advantageous.
• Fluent in Arabic is preferred and a valid driving license is required.
• Must hold a transferable visa for Saudi Arabia.
