Role Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a full-time, onsite position based at Polydeck's Global Headquarters in Spartanburg, South Carolina. This role collaborates directly with leadership and employees to facilitate workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and organizational growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, checklists, templates, and process manuals.
  • Lead or assist recruiting for hourly, skilled, and non-managerial professional roles, including interview coordination and candidate communication.
  • Partner with leaders to enhance hiring experiences and candidate quality.
  • Collaborate on workforce planning initiatives as needed.
  • Work alongside the HR Manager to improve onboarding and new hire integration, fostering a welcoming and values-driven environment.
  • Track HR metrics, identify recurring issues and trends to inform decision-making and continuous improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent experience considered.
