Role overview
The Human Resources Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor to the business on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and performance management. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for employee grievances, workplace concerns, and conflict resolution.

- Support change programs while limiting people-related risks.
- Help strengthen a culture built on fairness, respect, and inclusion.
- Contribute to engagement surveys, action planning, and retention-focused initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in employee relations, grievance handling, workplace investigations, and disciplinary processes.
- Good knowledge of labour laws, statutory obligations, and HR compliance.
- High emotional intelligence with strong conflict resolution, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
- Analytical ability to read people trends and recommend practical improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solution-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a business-focused HR role.
- Experience using HRMS platforms and digital HR tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with reporting and data analysis skills.
- Strong planning, organization, and time-management capabilities.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities with accuracy, attention to detail, and patience.
