Position Overview

We are currently looking for a meticulous and proactive Human Resources Associate to assist with the daily functions of our HR department. The role encompasses support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, benefits management, compliance, and employee engagement. The successful candidate will contribute to developing scalable HR processes that align with our growth trajectory.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain detailed and accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR documents.

  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for standard employee inquiries and HR assistance.
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations.
  • Support compliance tasks such as I-9 verifications and maintaining employment eligibility documentation.
  • Assist with upkeep of employee handbooks, HR policies, and internal procedures.
  • Coordinate compliance training programs and maintain related documentation.
  • Participate in HR compliance initiatives including policy documentation and management.
  • Compile HR reports and track workforce metrics.
  • Support payroll operations by coordinating employee information with payroll providers.
  • Engage in HR process improvements and special projects as necessary.
  • Assist leadership with workforce administration and various HR initiatives on demand.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of HR experience, ideally within startups, technology companies, or fast-paced environments.
