Role Overview

The Human Resources Advisor position is pivotal in offering expert, proactive, and business-oriented HR services across the organization, focusing primarily on supporting employees and managers in Ireland and Scotland (UK). The role involves providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and employment laws to ensure adherence to Irish and UK legal frameworks and company regulations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main HR contact for employees and managers across Ireland and Scotland, delivering professional advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
  • Maintain compliance of HR practices, documentation, and processes with current Irish and Scottish employment legislation, GDPR standards, and company policies.

  • Generate regular HR reports and people metrics for senior leaders, identifying trends and suggesting improvements.
  • Contribute to organizational change initiatives and broader HR projects as needed.
  • Resolve onboarding system issues, coordinate training bookings for customer sites, create new system logins, and liaise with external stakeholders when required.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR processes.
