The role involves identifying and acquiring top talent across different channels, conducting interviews, negotiating compensation, and managing the complete hiring cycle from job advertisement through to offer finalization.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source qualified candidates from multiple recruitment platforms and networks.
• Conduct thorough candidate interviews to assess suitability and fit.
• Handle salary discussions and negotiate offers with selected candidates.
• Oversee all hiring steps including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination.
