Human Resource Generalist

About the Role

Nexus Automation Solutions is looking for a Human Resource Generalist to support core HR functions for its Coimbatore operations. The company has been delivering value-added industrial automation solutions since 2007 and works in partnership with globally recognized companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to coordination with candidates and hiring teams.
• Oversee attendance tracking and leave administration.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and support payroll processing activities.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain HR records and employee documentation.
• Support employee relations and address workplace concerns, including grievance handling.
• Assist in performance management processes.
• Plan and coordinate training initiatives.
• Help run employee engagement programs and activities.
• Handle exit procedures and related formalities when employees leave the organization.
• Implement and maintain HR policies and ensure day-to-day HR operations run smoothly.

Additional Information

Salary is listed at INR 2,40,000 to INR 3,00,000 per year.
