Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract candidates through multiple avenues including field visits, job fairs, campus recruitment drives, placement agencies, local networks, and referrals.
• Perform initial candidate screening to assess suitability against position requirements.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients efficiently.
• Oversee the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to final hiring for designated roles.
• Build and nurture relationships with educational institutions, NGOs, training centers, and employment exchanges to support recruitment strategies.
• Ensure smooth completion of hiring formalities and onboarding.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of recruitment activities, candidate information, and reporting.
• Represent the company professionally at recruitment and field events.

Compensation
