Job Overview

The HR Operations Assistant role involves managing payroll, maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting daily HR functions to facilitate smooth organizational processes.

Primary Duties

• Accurately process monthly payroll within established deadlines.
• Maintain comprehensive records for attendance, leaves, overtime, incentives, reimbursements, and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS).
• Handle full and final settlements for employees who have separated from the company.
• Keep employee master data and payroll documentation up to date.
• Assist with onboarding processes, document management, and other HR-related activities.
• Address and resolve payroll-related employee queries efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Commerce, or related disciplines.
• Experience ranging from 1 to 5 years in payroll and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll procedures and statutory compliance.
• Proficient with MS Excel and payroll or HRMS software systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication capabilities.
