Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic HR Manager to oversee daily HR activities across our head offices in Dubai, UK, the Netherlands, and the US. This role is critical to enhancing operational efficiency, maintaining compliance, and supporting our growing workforce as we advance in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance HR operations including personnel files, payroll, benefits, and performance evaluations, ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations in the UK and Dubai.
• Lead talent recruitment efforts, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to managing onboarding processes that effectively integrate new staff.
• Serve as the primary advisor for employee issues related to HR policies, performance management, and workplace concerns, promoting a positive and receptive workplace atmosphere.
• Assist management with performance reviews and development planning to foster employee growth and ensure provision of necessary resources.
• Drive initiatives aimed at cultivating an inclusive and engaging work environment that elevates employee morale and recognizes achievements.
• Analyze HR data such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction to provide insights and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of practical HR management experience, preferably within fast-paced or rapidly growing organizations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment legislation and a strong track record of ensuring policy compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport at all organizational levels.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage competing priorities effectively and resolve complex HR challenges.
• Proactive mindset with the flexibility to embrace change and innovate in employee engagement and retention strategies.
