HR Coordinator

Role Overview

The HR Coordinator will provide essential administrative assistance to the HR Lead in managing recruitment and onboarding for contract personnel. Responsibilities include preparing mobilization plans, maintaining organizational charts, coordinating recruitment cycles from initiation to candidate approval, and offering continued support to staff throughout project progression until demobilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR administrative activities.
• Regularly update mobilization schedules and organizational charts.
• Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including job description development and final candidate selection.
• Collaborate with Contract Engineers, IT, and Data teams to ensure onboarding procedures are efficient.
• Monitor the validation of Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
• Handle contract renewals, job role updates, and staff demobilization operations.
• Coordinate with HR representatives from affiliate branches and relevant support services.

Qualifications and Skills

• University degree with 3 to 6 years of experience in human resources roles.
• Excellent communication abilities to engage effectively with personnel across all levels.
• Strong commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
• Proactive approach with the capability to remain calm under pressure and focus on results.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of Power BI is beneficial.
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, with Arabic and/or French being advantageous.
• Current residency in the UAE is required.
