Housing Attendant

Overview

The Housing Attendant plays a critical role in maintaining the company’s employee accommodation facilities. This position ensures that accommodations remain clean, safe, organized, and comfortable through regular inspections and standards enforcement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of employee housing to confirm cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Coordinate the assignment and allocation of accommodation spaces.
• Monitor and enforce housekeeping standards across all lodging facilities.
• Report any maintenance issues promptly to appropriate management.
• Ensure all company housing policies are adhered to consistently.

General Duties

• Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and professional personal appearance adhering to uniform guidelines.
• Protect confidentiality concerning company proprietary information and assets.
• Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions immediately to supervisors.
• Greet guests and visitors courteously in line with company standards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in person and via telephone using appropriate etiquette.
• Accurately prepare, review, and manage written documents and records.
• Foster positive working relationships by supporting teammates and responding to employee concerns effectively.
• Uphold quality standards and expectations consistently.
• Use computerized systems and point of sale technology to manage work-related information.
• Safely move objects weighing up to 10 pounds as part of daily duties.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Completion of high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Work Experience: Minimum of one year in a related role.
• Supervisory Experience: Not required.
• Licenses/Certifications: None necessary.
