Role Summary

This position is responsible for maintaining guest rooms and public areas to a consistently high housekeeping standard. The role contributes directly to cleanliness, presentation, and guest readiness across the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms before arrivals, including bedrooms, bathrooms, floors, and corridors, in line with hotel standards.
• Restock, replace, and store towels and linen correctly.
• Carry out minor maintenance tasks when needed, and escalate or coordinate larger maintenance issues.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and follow proper work practices at all times.
• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and overall property presentation.
