Job Overview
The Housekeeper role entails ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of vacant apartments and units after tenant move-outs or prior to new tenant move-ins. This includes maintaining property model suites and public areas such as leasing offices, clubhouse, fitness centers, and surrounding exterior spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and upkeep apartments after tenants move out, preparing them for new occupants.
- Maintain the appearance and hygiene of model suites and public access areas indoors and outdoors.
- Handle trash collection and disposal across property premises.
- Perform seasonal tasks including snow removal and salt spreading to ensure safety.
- Assist with light landscaping duties as needed to enhance the property's exterior.
