Job Overview

The Host / Inspector is responsible for maintaining all properties managed by the business to a high standard in every aspect, from housekeeping to repairs and maintenance. This role is crucial in ensuring high client satisfaction by regularly inspecting properties, paying close attention to details, and providing strong communication and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct frequent and thorough inspections of properties to verify maintenance and cleanliness standards.
• Effectively communicate findings and prepare detailed reports on property conditions.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion, sharing it only when explicitly permitted.
• Respond to after-hours calls as part of a rotating schedule with fellow Property Inspectors.
