Role Overview

We seek a Hospitality Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties within the Pensacola, FL market segment. This position includes managing member experiences, liaising with property and housekeeping vendors, supervising maintenance and unit quality, and handling all aspects linked to reservations from both Landing’s platform and online travel agencies such as Airbnb and Booking.com. The role demands cultivating strong relationships with property partners, resolving member concerns across multiple communication channels, and reporting market performance metrics to the Hub Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage reservations through direct sales and OTA platforms, including Airbnb and Booking.com
• Oversee the entire member journey from booking to checkout, addressing tickets, inquiries, and escalations
• Maintain partnerships with property owners and housekeeping service providers
• Track and optimize market key performance indicators such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), cleaning standards, and growth metrics
• Coordinate reservation-related maintenance issues with property management teams
• Lead onboarding, installation, and launch phases for new properties within the market segment

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in hotel operations, short-term rental management, vacation rental portfolios, or other fast-paced hospitality environments
• Demonstrated ability to autonomously manage a market, property, or operational segment rather than solely executing directives
• Strong organizational skills with diligent follow-up to resolve outstanding tickets and tasks
• Effective prioritization skills under pressure, able to discern urgent matters quickly
• Comfortable operating within ambiguity, adaptable to growth-stage company dynamics with evolving procedures

Work Schedule and Availability

Primary hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Additional guest-facing availability is required during evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, especially during peak periods such as month-end and high-volume check-ins.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $75,000 annually dependent on experience
• Performance-based bonus up to 20% of base salary
• Annual vehicle and cell phone stipend total of $6,600
