About the Role
Affinity Management Pvt. Ltd., located in Janakpuri West, New Delhi, is recruiting for the position of Home Loan Telecaller. The role involves managing both inbound and outbound customer calls with the goal of generating leads and promoting home loan and mortgage products.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls effectively.
- Generate leads and market Home Loan and Mortgage offerings.
- Assess customer needs to recommend appropriate loan products.
- Maintain follow-ups with customers until loan disbursement.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, DSAs, and internal departments to facilitate loan processing.
- Keep detailed customer records and ensure monthly sales targets are met.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience ranging from six months to two years in Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Mortgage, Business Loans, Banking, or NBFC sales.
- Effective communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic proficiency with computers.
- Results-driven and target-oriented mindset.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed salary between ₹20,000 and ₹30,000 per month.
