About the Role
As an HC Operation Specialist, you will provide key operational and administrative assistance to the Human Resources department by managing daily activities related to employee data, compliance, and employee services. Your efforts will contribute to ensuring employee satisfaction and help achieve the company’s HR goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the company adheres to labor laws, governmental regulations including Saudization, and social insurance compliance.
- Assist in preparing files for internal and external audits according to regulatory standards.
- Handle employee service inquiries regarding salaries, leaves, and employment records efficiently.
- Manage travel approvals, reimbursements, and leave requests via electronic management systems.
- Support employee engagement by organizing events and workplace activities that promote motivation and culture.
- Distribute and analyze employee satisfaction surveys to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to understand and address HR needs.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management on HR matters.
- Prepare, review, and renew employment contracts in line with company policies and legal requirements.
- Oversee end-of-service procedures to ensure proper file closure for departing employees.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is mandatory.
- Possession of specialized HR certifications is advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of practical experience in human resources functions.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong familiarity with Saudi labor laws and HR information systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with strong time management skills.
- High integrity with attention to confidentiality and accuracy.
- Demonstrated problem-solving aptitude and disciplined work approach.
- Proactive mindset with a collaborative team spirit.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Adherence to professional work ethics and quality standards.
- Expertise in government HR platforms and full understanding of Saudization and Visa Balance reports.
- Competence in handling Specialized Professions Reports and managing onboarding and offboarding processes outside regular cycles.
