Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the residential facility ensuring all functions run smoothly.
• Perform minor repairs and manage coordination of required repair services.
• Clean and maintain all communal areas regularly.
• Carry out gardening and landscaping duties to keep grounds in good condition.
• Ensure orderliness, traffic safety, and compliance with workplace safety regulations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of one year of recent professional experience in a manual or handyman role within the last five years, with relevant employment references.
• Proficient German language abilities at or above the B2 level, proven by certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of a valid driving license class B is desirable.
• Knowledge of English and additional languages is an advantage.
