Guest Services Team Member

Job Overview

This role pays $17.85 per hour. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and available to work full-time, up to 40 hours weekly, to qualify for employment. By joining Canada’s Wonderland, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding service to all guests visiting the park.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide guests with information through phone, face-to-face, or email interactions.
• Promptly address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns.
• Support guests in arranging a memorable and enjoyable park visit.
• Handle sales transactions including upgrades, redemptions, and group sales.
• Operate various computerized information and sales systems effectively.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure guests have the "Best Day of the Year" experience.
• Assist the Admissions supervisory team with operations and closing procedures.
• Provide information and assistance with the ride accommodations program (RAP).
• Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years or older.
• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, and operating POS systems is preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication abilities are essential.
• Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills are required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work shifts during weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
