Guest Service Associate (GSA) - Corporate Cafeteria Operations in Chennai

About the Role

This position involves overseeing the daily functions of a corporate cafeteria and serving as the primary point of contact for guests to ensure a pleasant dining experience at a multinational corporation in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee cafeteria operations and coordinate guest interactions effectively.
• Ensure seamless service delivery and foster cooperation among team members.
• Maintain hygiene protocols, adhere to FSSAI guidelines, and uphold high service standards.
• Address and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly, escalating when necessary.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1 to 4 years of experience in hospitality or cafeteria management sectors.
• Demonstrate strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Experience in supervising and managing guest relations is essential.
• Basic understanding of food and beverage operations is required.
• Availability to join immediately is preferred.
