• Welcome guests warmly at arrival, verify details, assign rooms, issue keys, and assist with bell services and welcome materials.
• Manage check-outs efficiently by confirming charges, handling payments, issuing receipts, and accurately operating the point-of-sale system.
• Provide thorough information about hotel services, room options, rates, promotions, and local area attractions to address guest inquiries effectively.
• Utilize up-selling strategies to promote hotel amenities and maximize revenue from rooms and services.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve issues with empathy and urgency, and manage all guest communications professionally.
