Role Summary
This position is a technical, revenue-oriented role that connects Sales, Marketing, Growth, Revenue Operations, and Engineering. The main focus is to design, implement, connect, and automate the systems that support the buyer journey, including lead generation, data enrichment, AI-based personalization, lead routing, pipeline handling, and performance reporting.
The role requires turning commercial goals and growth plans into scalable technical processes that reduce manual effort, improve data accuracy, speed up sales execution, and create repeatable revenue growth.
Role Overview
FlyAkeed is hiring a technically strong and commercially aware GTM Engineer to join the Growth team in Riyadh. The role sits at the crossroads of revenue strategy, data, automation, and systems design. You will build and improve the technical backbone of the company’s go-to-market operations, including CRM automations, enrichment workflows, outbound systems, AI-driven personalization, lead scoring, dashboards, and integrations across the sales and marketing stack.
The right candidate should be comfortable working with both business teams and technical tools. You will need to understand sales and marketing requirements, convert them into automated workflows, and keep improving the systems that help FlyAkeed scale across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, connect, improve, and support the GTM technology stack across CRM, marketing automation, outbound tools, enrichment platforms, analytics, and sales productivity systems.
- Maintain smooth data movement between tools such as HubSpot, Clay, n8n, Make, Smartlead, Lemlist, analytics platforms, and other revenue-related systems.
- Turn requests from Sales, Marketing, Growth, and RevOps into scalable technical workflows.
- Spot gaps in systems, inefficient workflows, and manual steps that can be automated or optimized.
- Develop automated processes for lead capture, enrichment, scoring, qualification, routing, follow-up, and lifecycle management.
- Build logic to route high-priority leads or accounts to the correct sales team members quickly and accurately.
- Automate repetitive sales and marketing tasks to improve team speed and productivity.
- Document GTM workflows, system logic, and automation rules clearly and consistently.
- Create and manage prospecting systems using tools like Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, enrichment tools, and outbound sequencing platforms.
- Support outbound campaign execution through list building, segmentation, personalization, sequencing, and performance tracking.
- Strengthen account prioritization, lead qualification, and targeting using market and data signals.
- Work with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion performance.
- Design and implement AI-supported workflows for account research, lead qualification, personalized outreach, sales enablement, and next-best-action suggestions.
- Configure AI and LLM-based tools to produce company insights, prospect summaries, personalized messages, and campaign support material.
- Test new AI use cases that improve GTM efficiency, personalization, and sales productivity.
- Take ownership of CRM data hygiene, segmentation, deduplication, enrichment, validation rules, and lifecycle stage management.
- Keep data clean and dependable across GTM systems so reporting and decision-making remain accurate.
- Manage lead source tracking, UTM tracking, form capture, field mapping, and campaign attribution.
- Support data governance and improve consistency across sales and marketing operations.
- Create dashboards and reports to monitor pipeline health, campaign results, funnel conversion, lead quality, sales productivity, and revenue impact.
- Track GTM performance and identify ways to improve conversion across the buyer journey.
- Run experiments involving outbound, lead scoring, personalization, routing, and campaign workflows.
- Provide insights and recommendations that support stronger GTM decisions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Growth Operations, or a similar technical growth function.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms, with HubSpot preferred.
- Practical experience with automation tools such as Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar solutions.
- Exposure to outbound, enrichment, and prospecting tools such as Clay, Smartlead, Lemlist, or comparable platforms.
- Solid understanding of B2B sales funnels, lead generation, pipeline management, sales processes, and campaign operations.
- Ability to build workflows, structure data, clean datasets, and create segmentation logic.
- Strong data literacy and the ability to analyze funnel performance, campaign outcomes, and pipeline metrics.
- Comfort using AI tools and LLMs for research, personalization, automation, and productivity.
- Strong problem-solving ability with the skill to convert business needs into scalable technical systems.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Growth, RevOps, and Product teams.
- Must already be based in Riyadh or open to relocating there.
