Role Overview
We are seeking a GTM Product Manager based in Ireland to lead the design and advancement of vital go-to-market technology solutions that drive business growth, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure customer success. This role involves managing the strategy, development roadmap, and the full lifecycle of internal products that support multiple revenue-related teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the vision, strategic roadmap, and product lifecycle for one or more go-to-market technology products and their supporting business capabilities.
- Prioritize product initiatives by evaluating business impact, stakeholder input, customer needs, and overall strategic goals.
- Develop scalable technology solutions by managing internal systems with a product mindset rather than treating them as isolated tools.
- Lead technology decision-making, weighing options like build versus buy, opportunities for automation, AI integration, and future platform development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Business Systems, Data, AI, and Engineering to deliver meaningful solutions.
- Convert intricate business requirements into scalable product strategies balancing short-term priorities with long-term goals.
- Establish product success criteria, governance guidelines, documentation standards, release schedules, and adoption tactics.
- Continuously improve the overall go-to-market technology stack by identifying chances for simplification, optimization, and innovation.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing business systems or product portfolios within go-to-market or revenue operations contexts.
- Deep understanding of GTM architectures, integration methods, data modeling, and full revenue lifecycle management.
- Proven ability in crafting product strategies, roadmaps, prioritization plans, and defining measurable success metrics for internal technology solutions.
- Expertise in assessing technical approaches including when to opt for configuration, automation, AI-driven solutions, custom development, or third-party platforms.
- Practical experience utilizing AI tools to enhance workflows, develop internal systems, and optimize processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to align diverse teams around product decisions.
- Familiarity with GTM-related technologies including CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, marketing automation, business intelligence tools, APIs, and integration frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities focused on delivering tangible business results.
- Proficiency in English communication, both written and spoken.
- Able to thrive in a remote, asynchronous, and globally distributed work environment; prior remote work experience is advantageous.
