Growth Team Overview
The Growth team integrates sales, marketing, and strategy to boost Blinq's presence, promoting how a single card sharing can initiate meaningful relationships. This team is ideal for individuals eager to connect innovative ideas with target audiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead growth initiatives including outbound automation, referral campaigns, direct mail efforts, and pricing tests, managing projects from targeting through analysis.
- Implement rapid AI-driven go-to-market experiments, moving from concept to execution within days to optimize results swiftly.
- Develop and refine target account and contact lists for SDR prospecting, monitoring conversion improvements.
- Oversee RevOps operations such as reporting, CRM maintenance, and billing processes to ensure smooth revenue flow.
- Drive AI adoption across the go-to-market organization by identifying and replacing manual tasks with automated solutions.
- Adapt flexibly to special projects that span the entire sales, marketing, and product spectrum.
Candidate Profile
- Analytical and personable, with ability to engage strategic planning, handle complex data in spreadsheets, and craft compelling prospect messaging.
- Experience implementing AI tools within real workflows and automations beyond basic prompt use.
- Demonstrates strong initiative and resourcefulness, energized by ambiguous briefs, preferring timely delivery of functional prototypes over delayed perfection.
- Recent university graduate (0-2 years experience), consistently streamlining tasks through systematization or automation.
- Genuinely interested in growing a career in go-to-market roles, strategy, sales, or entrepreneurship.
- Willingness to perform all tasks thoroughly before automating them; no job considered too small initially.
- Bonus skills include practical familiarity with HubSpot, Claude Code, Clay, advanced spreadsheet skills, a portfolio showcasing AI-powered projects, or background in startup associate roles, consulting, banking analysis, or computer science with commercial interest.
