About The Role
SILQFi is dedicated to overcoming cash flow and trade obstacles that impede businesses throughout Saudi Arabia. As the Growth Lead for Retention and Monetization, you will be accountable for maximizing customer lifetime value by developing loyalty frameworks and monetization strategies that maintain engagement, encourage growth, and ensure repeat business with Fina.
This position demands a curious and data-driven mindset centered on customer understanding. You'll explore the reasons behind seller retention or departure and motivations for repeat purchases, transforming these insights into tiered rewards, lifecycle campaigns, and conversion loops that shift Omni POS users to Fina financing. Collaborating closely with the Growth Squad and Omni Product Team, you'll shape the seller experience with a strong focus on unit economics.
Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the Customer Growth Ladder featuring tiered rewards.
- Engage regularly with customers to identify what propels app usage, loyalty, churn, and repeat transactions, feeding these insights into product development.
- Design gamified, tier-based reward systems alongside triggered lifecycle campaigns to boost repeat engagement and progress through tiers.
- Lead the development of an in-app dashboard with the Growth Squad.
- Analyze and model reward expenses and unit economics, including lifetime value, churn, and margin, ensuring monetization efforts are profitable and scalable.
- Increase the proportion of financed volume within total gross transaction value by creating effective cross-selling mechanisms.
Requirements
- Up to two years of experience in loyalty programs, customer value management, retention strategies, lifecycle marketing, or related growth roles.
- A strong customer-discovery approach with a focus on understanding retention, attrition, and repurchase behavior.
- Proficiency in speaking and writing English and Arabic.
- Comfortable working with numerical data and a foundational understanding of unit economics.
- A degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Preferred Skills
- Ability or willingness to use Excel or Google Sheets for reward cost and return modeling.
- Experience or eagerness to learn lifecycle messaging platforms such as OneSignal, CleverTap, Braze, or MoEngage to craft trigger-based campaigns.
- Background in creating tiered and gamified loyalty schemes, preferably for B2B customers.
