Job Overview
Take charge as the head of HR across multiple business units within a group, ensuring that the people strategy aligns seamlessly with organizational objectives. This role involves supporting leadership with workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, along with HR operational excellence. The goal is to establish uniform, compliant, and scalable HR processes throughout the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and enforce HR strategies, policies, and procedures applicable to all subsidiaries of the group.
- Collaborate with business leaders on manpower planning, organizational design, and succession planning efforts.
- Supervise recruitment activities from end to end for both corporate and field roles.
- Manage the onboarding process, probation periods, performance appraisals, promotions, and employee retention programs.
- Address employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and internal investigations with professionalism and discretion.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and industry HR standards.
- Oversee compensation planning, benefits administration, salary benchmarking, and reward mechanisms.
- Track key HR performance indicators, including workforce size, turnover rates, absenteeism, and hiring cycle times.
- Lead and coach the HR team to boost service delivery and operational efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; HR certifications are advantageous.
- At least eight years of progressive HR experience, with three to five years in managerial capacity managing HR across multiple entities or a group environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance oversight, HR systems, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder engagement, and analytical problem-resolution skills.
- Maintains high confidentiality and professionalism while effectively handling diverse business units.
