Overview

As a guardian and architect of our visual brand identities, you will ensure that the designs across all brands remain up-to-date and aligned with product needs. Your work enables all teams to operate independently with clear brand guidelines, guaranteeing consistent brand presentation across channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain brand guidelines and corporate identities for all active brands, keeping them current and tailored to product requirements.
Create design templates, asset libraries, and resources that allow the performance design team to work autonomously without requiring ad-hoc design decisions.
Conceptualize and design new visuals, logos, and visual systems for new mentors and brands, including full brand guides within tight timelines.
Establish visual guidelines such as typography, color schemes, imagery style, and grid systems to ensure consistent brand management across all touchpoints.
Collaborate closely with marketing and performance design teams to make design standards practical and actionable.
Continuously evolve design systems based on brand, product, and target audience needs.

Candidate Profile

Proven expertise in developing corporate identities, brand guidelines, and design systems.
Strong sensibility for typography, color, composition, and maintaining a cohesive visual brand presence.
Experience creating logos and comprehensive visual identities.
Proficient use of design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to prepare design rules in formats that enable other teams to work independently.
Understanding of how brand identity interacts with audience-appropriate design.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building scalable design systems across multiple brands.
Knowledge of motion design or animation to extend brand language.
Familiarity with performance and UX/UI principles to develop implementable guidelines for performance design teams.
Experience collaborating with or leading design teams.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for better grasp of technical implementation.
Background or interest in spiritual personal development or related target groups.
